November 29 – The 4th China (Kazakhstan) Trade Expo successfully opened at the Atakent Exhibition Center in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Co-organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Henan, the event featured 217 companies from 11 provinces and cities, including Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Shanghai. As the first stop of the 2017 China Trade Fair – Belt and Road Product Promotion Exhibition (Kazakhstan Leg), this expo stands as the largest Chinese manufacturing exhibition in Kazakhstan, offering a prime platform for exploring markets in Kazakhstan and Europe. Leveraging Kazakhstan’s strategic geographic advantages and close trade ties with neighboring countries, the expo attracted professional buyers and industry leaders from Central Asia and Europe for business negotiations and procurement.
In active support of China’s Belt and Road Initiative, Shandong Qingtian Plastic Co., Ltd. participated in the expo upon invitation.
According to the organizing committee, the expo comprised two major themes: Home & Living and Industrial Equipment, with 423 exhibition booths in total. The industrial segment was further divided into four zones: Industrial Machinery, Electric Power & New Energy, Hardware & Tools, and Auto & Motorcycle Parts, covering a wide range of industries. Preliminary statistics indicate that over 1,500 buyers from Central Asian countries attended the event for business discussions.
At the expo, Qingtian’s displayed products—including agricultural films, geomembranes, and packaging films—drew significant attention from local businesses, with many visiting the booth for detailed consultations and expressing strong interest in collaboration. The company strengthened relationships with existing clients while actively exploring new potential partnerships.
Moving forward, Qingtian aims to expand international cooperation on a win-win basis, partnering with global clients to deliver high-quality agricultural films and benefit communities worldwide.
